Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. You can contact us via our Contact Us page.


We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. However, if you not satisfied with your order, we give our customers up to 30 days (after the receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange for a size change only after trying them on.

We can only authorise returns that are returned to us in the same conditions as received, with original tags attached and placed back in the original packaging. All products must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, (i.e., with no visible wear and tear/damage) if there is tamper, then the product is deemed non-returnable/refundable.

Please note if you return your items outside of the 30 days return period, the item/s will be returned back to you.

We allow customers to return items and will send one exchange (for a SIZE CHANGE ONLY) out free of charge to UK addresses. We are not able to exchange an item more than one, at a time. The item/s will be refunded to you for you to re-order.

Please ensure you have completed and enclose the return form, you can download the Returns Form here. If the parcel is returned without paper work enclosed, it will be impossible for us to identify the sender in order to issue a refund or exchange for the parcel.

We recommend using a trackable method to send items back to us, such as royal mail 1st class recorded delivery, or a similar method that gives you a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost items in a normal post. Using a tracked service will enable you to claim from your chosen delivery company if a parcel goes missing. Please keep your postage receipt safe until your return has been processed.

Your refund for the total RRP value of the returned item/s (excluding original postage paid) will be issued to the payment method used to pay originally for the item. 

We aim to process returns within 48 working hours of receiving them. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take up to 7 working days to clear into your account. Refunds will be made to the account used to make the original purchase only.

If after 30 working days of returning your item, you have not been refunded, please contact us on our Contact Us page.

We regret that we do not provide free returns labels, so return postage is at the customer’s expense. we do however send one exchange free of charge to you.

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
